Welcome to LORES+ (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. Definitions The following terms shall have the following meanings:
“Account” means the account you create with LORES+ to access the Platform and apply for loans.
“LORES+” means the Loan referral System created by Creative Business Solutions, the operator of the Platform.
“User” means any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, LORES+ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of applying for loans. You agree not to use the Platform for any other purpose.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must create an Account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your Account. LORES+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, for any reason, in its sole discretion.
4. Privacy Policy
LORES+ respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from and about you.
5. E-Sign Consent
By creating an Account, you consent to receive all communications, disclosures, and notices (collectively, “Communications”) from LORES+ electronically, including by email, SMS, or through the Platform. You acknowledge that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
6. Proprietary Rights
The Platform, including all content and intellectual property rights therein, are the exclusive property of LORES+ or its licensors. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LORES+ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, whether or not LORES+ was advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LORES+ harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your breach of this Agreement.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Republic of Albania.
10. Changes to this Agreement
LORES+ reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time, in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
11. Termination
LORES+ may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform shall immediately terminate, and you shall immediately cease all use of the Platform.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and LORES+ regarding your use of the Platform, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and LORES+.
