LORES’ first version was developed in 2016, through a project partnership between USAID and CBS. It was quickly embraced by SMEs and banks for Agro loans. Given its initial success, CBS and USAID joined forces again in 2022 to expand into LORES+, a more advanced fintech platform to connect SMEs with a variety of financing options.

In 2024, LORES+ partnered up with RECONOMY to further extend LORES+ platform to individual consumers for retail loans. In 2025 LORES+ will expand in two other Western Balkan countries.

LORES+ is a fintech platform that connects your business with banks and financial institutions. Our platform is powered by a unique algorithm that offers tailored results based on your business profile. You can directly apply for financing through LORES+ and communicate with funding providers online.

How do I qualify for LORES+?

Any business owner can apply for financing through LORES+. To be eligible, you must have a registered entity in Albania and should have been operational for more than 6 months. In order to submit an application, you must open an account and fill out a simple questionnaire regarding your business.

Do I have to pay a fee to use LORES+?

LORES+ is totally free for businesses. You can take advantage of the platform and its unique algorithm and get access to top financial advisors to help boost your company. LORES+ gets a small commission by banks in case your funding is successfully disbursed, that is why getting you the best funding option is our priority.
