Developed with the support of USAID in Albania, LORES+ has successfully launched and expanded in three countries in the Western Balkans of Southeast Europe. The platform has achieved impressive results, such as a 90% approval rate, and hundreds of disbursed loans totaling a $27 million portfolio, and less than 1% non-performing loans (NPL). It operates under a sustainable financial model, where the Operating partners gets compensated by Financial Institutions and MSMEs in some cases for successful loans.&nbsp; LORES+ is now in the process of expanding into various regions through a franchise-like agreement, and is seeking a local partner to operate the platform in Sri Lanka in partnership with USAID Private Sector Development Activity (PSD) aimed at supporting MSMEs access to finance.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Objectives:<\/strong> To identify and partner with a qualified local firm, referred to as the Local Partner Operator (LPO), capable of effectively managing and operating the LORES+ platform in Sri Lanka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Opportunity overview:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>LORES+ is a powerful, alternative sales channel for banks, providing:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New customer acquisition at reduced costs&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fully advanced loan applications ready for processing&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High-quality clients with low credit risk (currently 1% NPL)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diversity of loan products, including those paired with donor-based programs and credit guarantee programs&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For MSMEs, LORES+ offers free, qualified financial advisory services and access to various bank offerings.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The LORES+ platform is powered by a sophisticated algorithm to match SMEs with the best financing available options.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For the LPO, it provides value added services to MSMEs and banks and a success-based operating fee shared with the platform.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For further information about this opportunity, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1vS6VvY7k769vCnWwS5VlL-p9wLAiY2kq\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LORES+ is a digital platform designed to provide loan referrals to the banking system, assisting Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and individuals in finding the best financing terms.
